SHIPPING

All regular parcels will be delivered via the postal service. Large parcels are delivered (in Belgium as well as outside) by the carrier GLS. The postman will take your order to your door, normally within 24 hours of shipping. In case of your absence, you will receive a written notice in the letterbox with which you can obtain your parcel at the post office.

DELIVERY

Usually parcels are delivered within 7 days. If the order was paid for online, the delivery can take place on the following day. We recommend to contact us if your parcel has not arrived after 14 days. A parcel can always be lost or forgotten about at the Post. If you contact us, we will strive to track down your order.

RETURNS AND REFUND

Belle et Beau allows a delivery to be returned within 14 days after delivery. Send an email to info@belleetbeau.be before doing so. After we have received and accepted your request, we will confirm that the order can be returned and will be refunded. Please, do not return anything without this confirmation of Belle et Beau. We do not accept postage paid by addressee.
Important: returning an order suggests a mistake on our account. If you could indicate the reason for the return, we could improve our products and service.

PAYEMENT

Online Belleetbeau.be is working with Ogone, a company specialised in guaranteeing safe online payment. You can pay with Bancontact/Mister Cash, Visa, Mastercard, ING, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Ideal, Giropay, Sofort Überweisung, Paypal. After your payment has been processed and received, you will get a confirmation, either online or in an email. Since online payments are processed immediately, we can build your order on the same day.

Transfer When you opt for a transfer, all instructions will be shown on the website. In an email confirming your order all the required information will be given. Once your payment has been received (after 1 or 2 working days), your order will be built.
