- RETURNS AND REFUND
| The customer has the right to inform us within 14 days after delivery that (s)he refrains from buying. No reason will be asked and there will be no extra costs. |
- Belle et Beau allows a delivery to be returned within 14 days after delivery. Send an email to info@belleetbeau.be before doing so. After we have received and accepted your request, we will confirm that the order can be returned and will be refunded. Please, do not return anything without this confirmation of Belle et Beau. We do not accept postage paid by addressee.
Important: returning an order suggests a mistake on our account. If you could indicate the reason for the return, we could improve our products and service.
